- • Complete account deletion
- • Removal of all chains and memories
- • Deletion of uploaded files from storage
- • Removal from our database and backups
Right to Object
You can object to certain types of data processing. We only process data necessary to provide our services, but you can withdraw consent at any time.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You can request that we limit how we use your data while we verify or investigate any concerns you have.
What Data We Collect
Account Information
Name, email address, profile picture (if provided via Google OAuth)
Content Data
Chains, memories, titles, descriptions, dates, and uploaded media files
Usage Data
Login timestamps, feature usage, subscription status
Payment Data
Subscription tier, billing status (payment details are handled securely by Paddle)
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device information (for security and fraud prevention)
How We Use Your Data
We only use your personal data for the following purposes:

- •To process payments and manage subscriptions
- •To communicate important updates about the service
- •To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
We will NEVER: Sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes you haven't consented to.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary:
- •Active accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
- •Inactive accounts: After 3 years of inactivity, we may contact you about account closure
- •Deleted accounts: Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- •Backups: Backup data is automatically purged after 90 days
